At NextTech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Products received damaged or defective.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Products with manufacturing defects.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products damaged by customer misuse or negligence.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
- Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the returned item has been received and approved.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
